How we function

T-A-Davis & Associates works on behalf of client companies who direct us to find the best talent in the industry for specific positions.  Working on behalf of client companies means we will contact someone only if we are handling a search for which the person might be appropriate.  Please understand that because of this we are limited in helping assisting a person who is seeking a new position.  

Confidentiality

We realize how important it is to handle our work on a confidential basis. A person considering a job change can be assured that we work discreetly. When we know of a person’s interest in considering a new position, we will contact that person when we are working on a search that might be a good match.  We describe the open position to the you and if you are  interested in considering the role will we discuss your background with our client.  We do not present an individual to client companies unless we have discussed the position with the individual.
