I am looking for a new position.  Will you represent me and act as my agent?  

        As a search firm, we don’t represent job seekers. We work on behalf of a company that is looking to hire someone for a specific position. We can help you if your background and qualifications match what our client has asked us to find. If your experience is a fit with what our client is looking for, we will contact you to see if the opportunity is one you'd like to pursue.

           Do I have to pay for your service?

         No.  We work for the client companies that have hired us. They enlist our services to conduct searches for them.  It is our job to find qualified candidates for our client’s open position.

           What if I don’t have a resume?

          Not to worry. Since time can be a factor, we are more than happy to assist you in creating a resume from scratch, or we can improve upon an existing resume.

    Will this process remain confidential?

          Definitely.  T-A-Davis & Associates, Inc., will never blindly send your resume to a client. A recruiter working on a search will always approach you first to see if you would like to be considered for a certain position.  Upon approval, we will then send your information directly to our client contact. Our clients understand that most candidates we present are currently employed, and consequently they realize the importance of confidentiality.  Never would we put a candidate in a situation that would jeopardize his or her current position.

             What is the process?

         We will present you with any positions that are a good fit with your experience and interest. We will next present your resume to the client. We will then act as the liaison with you and the client in moving the interview process along.

            What clients do you handle?

          T-A-Davis & Associates, Inc., has worked with a variety of clients in the past twenty-one years. We specialize with clients in the hospitality field. Clients range from independent hotels, restaurants, and clubs to national hotel and restaurant chains.
