FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY COMPANIES

What kinds of searches do you handle?

We handle searches for all levels of management positions with companies within the hospitality industry throughout the country as well as internationally.  Go to our Completed Searches page to see some of the companies we have been able to help.

How long does a search typically take to complete?

A search may take a week; it may take several months.  A typical search will take about a month. Within the first week, we will establish from where and whom we need to recruit based on the position description.  We will then begin talking to candidates and seeking out the best ones for presentation.  Next, we will coordinate the interview schedule between the candidates and client.  The client’s interviewing and decision making process will then determine how quickly the process moves along.

How do you go about finding candidates? Are they people you already know?

We identify people we think will be a good match with our client's needs.  We may recruit or network with people we already know or we may discover candidates through recommendation.  Often we will research properties that may employ candidates with the background our client seeks, and introduce ourselves to the appropriate people who will direct us to the right candidate.

                    Do you offer a guarantee?

We provide the service of conducting the search for our client, and a guarantee is not appropriate, but we do set up an evaluation period that allows the hiring company and the hired employee to ensure that this is what each party expected when entering into the hire.  If the hired person were to leave of his own volition or is terminated during the evaluation period we would immediately work to replace the candidate in that position.
