The procedure begins with listening to your needs, and getting to know your company.  We work with you to develop a detailed position profile, which outlines not only the position responsibilities and requirements, but also takes into account subjective criteria.  This ensures that the candidates we present have the personality traits and values required to succeed in your organization.

Identifying candidates

We have developed a computerized database of every multi-unit hotel and restaurant company in North America.  We can identify hundreds of targeted properties or companies and develop a list of people who are in similar positions of responsibility.  We also use our network of contacts in the industry for referrals of individuals who are well suited for the position.

Motivating candidates
