Tom is the President of T. A. Davis & Associates. He founded the company in 1979, committed to providing a service organization dedicated to helping his clients succeed by filling key executive and management roles. Over the past 33 years Tom has conducted or overseen 1500 successful searches for critical positions with the company’s clients.
Tom, along with his company, has served as a consultant to a wide range of hotel, restaurant, club and other organizations throughout the country. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Tom is an avid golfer and he and his wife enjoy two adult children.

Cliff leads the search practice at T.A. Davis & Associates, as well as handling key searches directly. Cliff is a proven and trusted adviser to many CEOs and senior executives across the globe. He has successfully concluded over three hundred executive level searches worldwide. His clients include the Fortune 500, entrepreneurial businesses and numerous high-profile private equity ventures.
Prior to joining TA Davis, Cliff headed up Global Recruitment for Perot Systems Corporation and led the global expansion of the technology outsourcing division for Sabre-Holdings.
Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Geneva College. He and his wife Carole reside in the South Bend, Indiana area and have two children.
As Vice President at T. A. Davis & Associates Rick handles searches in the hotel and restaurant segments of hospitality. He has successfully concluded numerous searches in operations management, sales management, financial management and human resources.
Rick’s career in the hospitality industry has spanned 25 years and has included positions in both restaurants and hotels, having worked as a Chef, General Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, and multi-unit Operations Manager. In addition, Rick’s background includes corporate human resources experience in training and development, including owning his own human resources consulting company. Rick has also enjoyed the satisfaction of being part of bringing new businesses to life having opened over 25 new restaurants over the last 20 years.
During his spare time, Rick enjoys volunteering, reading, playing golf and music. Rick is also a huge fan of college football, professional hockey, basketball, and baseball (where he roots for the only real team in Chicago). GO SOX!
As Vice President, Scott handles general client relationships for T. A. Davis & Associates. In that role he works with our clients identifying critical staffing needs within their organizations and creating strategies as to how T. A. Davis & Associates can fulfill those needs.
Scott has been involved in the hospitality industry his entire career, of which the last 36 years were spent in various executive positions with Hyatt Hotel Corporation. He started in the business with Hilton Hotels and also held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Interstate Hotels.
Scott and his wife Laurie are graduates of Trinity University in San Antonio where Scott serves on the board. Scott is a member of various organizations including Rotary One. In their spare time he and his wife enjoy being with family, traveling, hiking, art and antiquing.
Janece has over 11 years in Recruiting for both Hotel and Restaurants. Her expertise is in Recruitment and Relocation of staff. Through her career, Janece has been responsible for managing the recruitment of over 20,000 persons in the Hospitality industry. She has experience working with Full Service Restaurants, Fast Food Restaurants, Theme Parks, Resorts, Hotels, Casinos, Ski Parks, Grocery Stores, and Factory locations. Janece has spent time Recruiting in Puerto Rico, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, Peru, Thailand, in addition to; maintaining recruitment efforts in 15+ additional countries.
Janece has a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and utilizes that background in all functions of the search process. She believes client relationships thrive on understanding each other and having the ability to recognize how to best match the needs of the client with the personality and background of a candidate.
Janece lives in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and 2 sons and enjoys Kickboxing, Reading, being with family and friends and keeping up with the energy level of her 2 boys!
Lynn has been with T. A. Davis & Associates since 1992 as Operations Manager. Lynn is responsible for maintaining our extensive database of clients and candidate profiles. She handles all search related research projects, and has been involved in over 1,000 successfully completed searches.
Prior to joining T.A. Davis & Associates, Lynn worked in the sales department at the Westin Hotel Chicago and has an extensive background in the title insurance industry.
Lynn enjoys traveling, good food and wine and spending time with her family and friends.
Antonella handles searches for executive and management positions in a wide variety of industries, including a number in the hotel marketplace. She has successfully concluded over 400 assignments. She prides herself on developing long term relationships based on her recruiting expertise.
Prior to joining T. A. Davis, Antonella spent the previous ten years working in the recruiting and search industry, filling positions with clients ranging from manufacturing to service industries.
Antonella and her husband enjoy their two children and live in the Chicago suburbs.
Jennifer has been with T. A. Davis & Associates since 2009. As a researcher and recruiter, she has successfully completed searches for a wide variety of positions.
Jennifer has a background in counseling and coaching, and believes that achieving total success means bringing all aspects of yourself to your professional life. She offers both executive recruitment services and executive and personal coaching with a focus on stress reduction, personal growth, and life-work balance. She thrives on helping others improve their interpersonal relationships, develop their communication skills, open themselves to new career paths, and unlock their own and others’ creativity.
Jennifer is a dancer who enjoys gardening, book-discussion groups, eating her husband’s amazing cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Tiffany is a key executive recruiter at T. A. Davis and handles searches for positions throughout the hospitality industry, including positions in all the functional areas of hotel and restaurant businesses. Prior to joining T. A. Davis, Tiffany spent nine years in the educational field at Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. There she was involved with student recruitment, professional development, career counseling, and working with active students, graduates and alumni, placing them in careers with many of the leading hospitality companies in the industry. Part of her role there also consisted of building long lasting relationships with individuals in the hospitality and culinary industries.
Much of Tiffany's success comes from her combination of abilities to connect quickly with others, communicate clearly, and recognize the truths in many situations. She is recognized for her honest communication approach, her strong relationship building skills, and her sincere desire to help the people with whom she works.
Tiffany is a graduate of Western Illinois University and holds a degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration/Sociology. She lives in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and 2 children. Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and trying new restaurants and wines.
